SPIRIT TRAINING ACADEMY FAQ
1. I want to start my journey of healing, where do I start in the Spirit Training Academy?
Our Academy syllabus depicts two starting paths of connection to spirit that a student can select from. Whether you are new to the path of healing and awakening (Inner Journey Program) or a practitioner already enhancing your intuitive potential (Empowered Healers Program), our syllabus is created to accommodate both starting points separately. It is up to the student to choose where she can best learn and master inner work.
2. Where can I find the list of Pathways' workshops?
Visit our Spirit Training Academy page and check our Syllabus to see the stages of our programs. For new students, the workshops in the Inner Journey Program are open for enrollment.
3. As a new student of Pathways, which is the workshop best suited for me?
To the new students of Pathways, the Inner Journey Program is our flagship & foundational program. You can choose any workshop that resonates with you most in our "Why are you here?" section.
4. How will the workshops add value to me and make an impact in my life?
In each workshop, we guide the students in their journey of Self-Discovery, until they reach Self-Mastery; this eventually leads to spiritual stamina and incorruptibility of the Self. 5. How do I enroll for a workshop?
Go to the Spirit Training Academy page, and choose a program (ex. Inner Journey Program). From the Program page, choose the Workshop (ex. Who Am I?) and click "Enroll Now". Then follow the enrollment and payment process.
6. What platform do you use for the online class?
Zoom Meetings. See Technical Support for more details.
7. Is this a live online class?
Or a recorded online class?
All workshops are done via online zoom meetings. Recordings are not for distribution purposes but for our internal operations development purposes only. See Healthy Boundaries for more details. Kindly check the workshop details carefully before enrolling.
8. Can I still join your workshops even when I'm outside of the Philippines?
Yes! Our workshops are done online so feel free to join us! Our schedule is based on Philippine timezone (GMT+8), please don't forget to convert the posted schedule to your timezone before enrollment.
9. Do you offer special discount packages for workshops?
10. Something came up and I can’t attend the workshop. Can I transfer my workshop booking to a friend?

11. What if I missed the Live online class? Can I make up for it? Or will there be a recorded file?
Pathways Community and Healing Center reserves the right to reschedule:
If you missed the workshop without informing Pathways 3 days before the workshop with a valid reason, the enrollment is considered a "No-show" and is non-refundable. For Rescheduling & Cancellation process, See Terms & Conditions.
12. Can I retake the workshops?
Yes, many of our students re-take the workshops and have new learnings each time! If you wish to retake a workshop, we give a special rate of 50% discount from the published workshop rate. See the Terms & Conditions on how to get your Unique Retaker Coupon.
13. I feel body aches after the workshop, what’s going on? Is this normal?
You are experiencing ascension symptoms, it is part of the process of what we call "purging"—releasing and detoxifying the physical manifestations of our old traumas and wounds. When we start to heal from within, our body systems react at first as it prepares to re-calibrate and heal to match our new frequency. HEALING CENTER FAQ
1. Is Healing for me? How do I know if I need healing?
If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, or going through something life-altering; If you’re seeking for answers, just needing validation, then we do suggest we work together for your own spiritual growth.
While we believe that healing is for everyone, we are also aware that everyone has their own pace, and that’s okay. We are just the guides facilitating your own healing, but you first have to choose it for yourself.
You can read about our available private healing sessions in our Healing Center Page. You can go to “What are you going through?” section to see if there are statements that resonate with you. Every statement is linked with a suggested Private healing session.
2. Which Private Healing Session is best suited for me?
If you are new to Pathways- we suggest that you go through our website. To know which private healing session is best for you, you can try looking at our Healing Center Page: “What are you going through?” section and tap / click which one describes best your intentions for healing. Each intention is directed towards a specific healing session.
If you are new to the path of healing, and going through the “Dark night of the Soul” we recommend that you start with Quantum Energy Healing w/ Karmic Cord Cutting. This gives an overview of the healing that we do.
If you are a Healing / Spiritual Practitioner going through the “Dark night of the Spirit”, we suggest you book In-depth Spiritual Counseling.
3. Do you have a medical certificate to support your healing sessions?
No, we do not, as we are neither a medical nor a religious organization. But we do have more than 40 years of healing experience. And the people we’ve worked with, and their stories are living testimonies of the effectiveness of what we do. You may learn about their testimonials on our Website.

4. What if I missed the private healing session? Can I make up for it?
If you missed your Private Healing Session without rescheduling your session 3 days prior to session date, the booking is considered as "No-show" and is non-refundable. See Terms & conditions to learn more. We suggest you reschedule your sessions ahead of time to avoid "No-show" instances.

Rescheduling a healing session is made easy through our Members page. Create an account on our website and login in, go to My Bookings, choose the service you want to reschedule and click "Reschedule". Choose the next available time of your choosing, and confirm. You can also do this via our Member's app.

5. Where can I find the list of Pathways' private sessions?

6. How do I book a private session?
Go to the Healing Center page, choose the private healing session you wish to book, and click "Book Now". After choosing your preferred appointment date and time, follow the booking and payment process. You can also refer to our Technical support | Healing Center | Book a healing session
7. Do you offer special discount packages for private sessions?
For now, we do not have discount packages specifically for Private Healing Sessions. See other Promotional announcements available on our website or in our socials for more details including the validity period and terms of use.
Special rates and/ or discount coupons are offered for a limited time.
This is not convertible to cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promos.

8. How long does a Private Healing Session usually take? How much time should I set aside for the private sessions?
It usually takes 1-2 hours per session depending on the booked Private Healing Session (see duration in every Private Healing Session description). We usually suggest that you allot time after every healing session to let the healing energies settle to allow purging and calibration. (Healthy Boundaries | Healing Center | number 5)
9. Do you provide Private Healing Sessions abroad via online healing?
Yes, we do! Thanks to modern technology, we can now reach everyone around the globe. Feel free to book a Private Healing Session.
10. Can you come to my house for a healing session?
Recent events like the Pandemic have led everyone to be more cautious about taking people into their homes. We currently provide our private healing sessions online only, and according to the people we’ve worked with, our online healing sessions still deliver the same healing results as if they were done in person. Because we work with energies, distance and space have no relevance to the effectiveness of what we do.
11. Do you do house cleansings?
Yes, we do! But due to the recent Pandemic, we are currently holding the space cleansing online, and only upon special request. If you feel you need a space-cleansing session, please message us at AskUs.pathways@gmail.com to have a conversation about details, schedule availability, and energy exchange.

WEBSITE & GENERAL FAQ
1. What do I get if I become a member or join the member's app?
The Members Page and App are only accessible to those who have enrolled in Spirit Training Academy and booked in Healing Center. This is our way of engaging well with our students while protecting their privacy. Our Members App is our way of creating a safe space of learning amongst those who chose to take their path of healing by heart.

For the students of the Academy, we require them to create a Member Account/login via the Members App to have records of their completed workshops as some of our programs (The Alchemy Program & Quantumology Program) require pre-requisite workshops.
For students in Healing Center, although they will not be required to have a members account, they are encouraged to have one to gain easy navigation on all of Pathways services including workshops related to what they are going through, should they choose to take their healing journey further. The member's app (via chat) also gives you an easier way to connect with us when you have follow-up questions about your healing.

Members will also gain access to firsthand updates about their enrolled programs, early updates whenever we post new workshops, private healing sessions, products, blog entries, video and audio contents, and free downloadable contents.
2. What is the fastest way to connect with you?

3. How should I begin my healing journey? Where do I start?
You may start your journey with us by being a student of Spirit Training Academy. Most of our students begin by taking the workshops in the Inner Journey Program - Seeker Stage first.
If you are going through emotional challenges right now, you may book a Private Healing session in our Healing Center. Explore the healing options available for you on this site, to get you started in your journey.
4. I really want to learn but I cannot afford it at the moment, how do I go about it?
We offer payment flexibility through our third-party payment gateway -Xendit.
Enroll in the workshop/book the healing session of your choice until you get to the Xendit payment page, where you will find a PayLater option for you via BillEase.

5. Will taking Quantumology allow me to learn how to become a quantum healer?
Yes. However, the path to becoming a quantum healer starts with your own personal healing first. There are prerequisite programs for Quantumology. The prerequisite programs for you prior to Quantumology are the Inner Journey Program or Empowered Healers Program and then Alchemy Program. For now, Quantumology Program is closed to the public and will only be made available to our 1st batch of Certified Alchemists. Explore the Spirit Training Academy to know more about Our Syllabus.
