Welcome to the Pathways Community and Healing Center’s Official Website. This serves as our virtual platform thus we have guidelines and policies to preserve and ensure that our systems are operating efficiently.
By using this website both you (the Website User/Student) and the Pathways Community and Healing Center, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed with the terms of use here specified, thus superseding any prior statements or representations that are not in writing.
If you do not want to agree to the Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use this website.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. MODIFICATION CLAUSE:
Pathways continues to modify and update its processes, policies, systems, mechanics, energy exchange, special offers, and any other information that relates to the efficiency and improvement of the organization. Therefore, we recommend that you read this document from time to time.
All contents are subject to change by the Pathways Community and Healing Center at any given time at our sole discretion but for relevant matters that may affect your enrollment or booking, we will inform you in advance.
Your continued access or use of our Website means you acknowledge and accept to agree with these terms and conditions. At any point in time, if you do not agree with the new terms you may stop using the website.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER:
Online scams have become prevalent in the digital community, and we ask you to be aware of imposter accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media sites.

3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:
Pathways Community and Healing Center is a non-medical organization. Workshops, private sessions and events do not and will not provide medical advice or recommend any treatment or cure for a medical problem.
The intent of Pathways Community and Healing Center is to provide guidance as you embark on your spiritual well-being and healing journey. All contents available in the workshops, events, and on this website are for educational in nature and shared to apply amongst themselves. All methods and healing modalities used during the healing sessions are tailor-fit according to the needs of the student for healing to happen.
If you feel like you have any medical symptoms or illnesses that require medical attention, please consult your doctor immediately.
Pathways will not be liable and accountable for any incidents and medical expenses that are related to personal safety, health, and well-being that may arise during and after attending workshops, healing sessions, events, and from using this website.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE
Pathways value the confidentiality of our Students, and we ask that the students be conscientious in keeping all the personal information and stories within the workshop proper.
4.1. CONFIDENTIAL MATTERS BETWEEN PATHWAYS AND ITS STUDENTS
Pathways shall keep the Confidential Information* of the students that were acquired during events, workshops, and healing sessions.
“Confidential Information” means anything that relates to the following:

Personal Identifiable Information of Students: including Natal Chart

Documents and homework submitted by the Students

Students’ stories, personal experiences, and healing journey

Images, Videos, and Chat Recordings of Workshops and Events
Private Healing sessions will not be recorded.
In the event that Pathways will use any Confidential Information, Pathways will seek the student’s permission for whatever purpose it may serve, except for free online events.
By participating in the free online events, the attendee agrees to the online event Terms and Conditions, and further consent that their names and images may be used, mentioned, or shown on Pathways Social Media Pages, Website, and other related materials, as needed.
4.2. CONFIDENTIAL MATTERS BETWEEN STUDENTS AND PATHWAYS
Students shall keep the Confidential Information* of Pathways that were acquired during events and workshops, and healing sessions.
“Confidential Information” means anything that relates to all the workshop slides, materials, and teaching methodologies. We expect our students not to take photos or replicate these materials as these may be taken out of context. Students shall not use these for their own personal agendas or for the agendas of others. Confidential Information* is proprietary in nature and ownership shall remain with Pathways.
4.3. CONFIDENTIAL MATTERS BETWEEN STUDENTS WITH THEIR FELLOW STUDENTS
At all times, students shall keep the Confidential Information* of fellow students that were acquired during events and workshops.
“Confidential Information” means anything that relates to the following:

Personal Identifiable Information of their fellow Students: including Natal Chart

Fellow students’ stories, personal experiences, and healing journey

Images of/ or with fellow students during Workshops and Events -
Students must seek permission to Pathways if they intend to post and/or share images of their fellow students during workshops and events. Students shall not use the Confidential Information* for their own personal agendas or for the agendas of others.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
Pathways Community and Healing Center remain the exclusive creator and owner of creations, modifications, enhancements, and derivative works and materials, including all rights, titles, copyrights, trademarks, and all intellectual proprietary rights therein to the Pathways events, workshops, healing modalities, teachings, methods, products, website and any other services that relate to Pathways’ creativity.
SPIRIT TRAINING ACADEMY (STA)
Please go to the Spirit Training Academy page on the Pathways Website for our Syllabus which contains the details of the different Programs and Workshops that we have, including the next upcoming schedule.
1. ENERGY EXCHANGE
Energy exchange refers to the exchange fee of any service rendered within Pathways. Please refer to the STA: Inner Journey Program, Empowered Healers Program & Alchemy Program pages for the updated Energy Exchange of Workshops. This is subject to change at the discretion of Pathways Community and Healing Center but students will be informed either via social media post or email.
2. SPECIAL RATES/ DISCOUNT COUPONS
Special rates and/ or discount coupons and vouchers are offered for a limited time.
This is not convertible to cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promos. See Promotional Mechanics for more details including the validity period and terms of use. You can refer to Tech Support on how to apply the promo code.
3. PAYMENT METHODS/ FINANCING SOLUTIONS

As much as possible we want to accommodate and assist everyone but we do not offer customized payment plans to address everyone's individual needs.

Pathways Community and Healing Center’s payment gateway is provided by Xendit Philippines (third-party company) in partnership with BillEase (Regulated by Securities and Exchange Commission as a financing company (CoA No.: 1101) and by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas as Operator of Payment System (OPSCOR-2021-0007). Through this payment facility the third-party offers affordable installments options. Please directly check with your bank for current installment promotions to maximize the use of your credit card.
4. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS
Account Charging:
You hereby authorize the third-party agent to charge your credit card, debit card, or other payment instruments for the Enrollment/ Booking.
Additional Fees:
You acknowledge and agree that your Payment Method may involve the use of Third Party Payment Processors that may charge you additional fees when processing your payments.
Data and Privacy:
Settlements and payments processed via Xendit Philippines, BillEase and other third party payment processors are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those payment gateways and are not accessible or controlled by Pathways Community and Healing Center. Please review these terms and conditions before using the payment method provided.
5. TRANSFER/ INTERCHANGE
We encourage discipline and dedication in your attendance at the workshop, thus transfer from one workshop to another or to a healing session is not allowed.
6. RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION
6.1. Reschedule and Cancel - By Pathways Community and Healing Center
Pathways reserves the right to reschedule and to cancel any workshop for valid reasons, uncontrolled circumstances, unforeseen events, technical problems, force majeure, and any other acts of God and shall in no circumstance be held liable for any unforeseen events that may cause delay. In case of any delays that may arise, Pathways will still honor its commitment and deliverables to its students.

6.1.1. Reschedule - By Pathways Community and Healing Center
Pathways will inform the students of the new schedule 3 days prior to the initial workshop date via email. We will also create a group via the Members app for the enrollees of the specific workshop to discuss concerns related to the change of date.
Pathways will also update the new workshop date on the Website. The students will see the new schedule/date of the workshop updated real time in their Membership Account - My Bookings Section.
If the student is unable to attend the new date of the workshop, or have concerns regarding the rescheduling, the student has the option to request for a refund.

6.1.2. Cancellation - By Pathways Community and Healing Center
Pathways will inform the students of the canceled workshop 3 days prior to the schedule via email.
Pathways will cancel the enrollment on the Website. The student will see the workshop removed updated real time in their Membership Account - My Bookings Section.
Pathways can issue a refund for the canceled workshop due to the valid reasons mentioned above – upon the student’s request, the refund will be issued within 7 working days.

6.2. Cancel and Reschedule - By the Student
6.2.1. Cancellation - By the Student
We value your time, and we ask that you value our time as well and respect our policies thus cancellation is discouraged and energy exchange is non-refundable. If there are instances that the student is unable to attend the enrolled workshop, see 6.2.2 Reschedule- by the student.
6.2.2. Reschedule - By the Student
The student may request to reschedule due to the following valid reasons: unforeseen schedule conflicts with work, illness, disease, force majeure, death, and family emergencies. The student needs to inform Pathways 3 days prior to the workshop. She can submit her request via Workshop Reschedule Request Form. Failure to do so, it will be considered as non-attendance / “no-show” thus, energy exchange is non-refundable.
The student is only allowed to request for a reschedule once. Pathways will revert back to the student as soon as possible after receiving the students Workshop Reschedule Request Form, with the attached unique coupon code (valid for 8 months upon issuance). For Application of Coupon codes, see Technical Support.
Once the new date for the same workshop has been posted / announced via website & socials, the student can now enroll in the workshop using her unique coupon code.
7. REFUND
The student may request a refund due to the following valid reasons:

Pathways-initiated cancellation or rescheduling of workshops

Technical Issues on Multiple Charged Transactions
She can submit her request via the Refund Form. For approved requests, the refund will be issued within 7 working days.
8. RE-TAKING THE WORKSHOP
Many of our students retake the workshops and have new learnings each time! As a way of honoring your commitment to the path, Pathways gives a special rate of 50% discount from the published workshop energy exchange.
To enroll as a retaker of the workshop, kindly email us at AskUs.Pathways@gmail.com prior to your enrollment. We will check our records to validate that the workshop has already been taken previously, and confirm via email reply with your Re-Taker Voucher code. Give us 3-5 days to process your Unique Retaker Coupon.

Upon receiving your Unique Retaker Coupon, follow these steps:
1) Enroll for your workshop through our website: www.thepathwayscomunity.com.
2) On the payment page, use your Unique Retaker Coupon to avail of the 50% discount. Please refer to Technical Support on how to apply the promo code.
3) When you proceed with the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email for your enrollment. Video conference links and details about the workshop will be provided as well.
Note: If you have no records of prior enrollment to the workshop, we will ask you to enroll in the workshop at its 100% published workshop energy exchange.
9. NON-ATTENDANCE OR NO-SHOWS
Non-attendance or “No-shows” is defined as a student who does not show up without any valid reason to request for rescheduling prior to the enrolled workshop. Non-attendance / No-show instances are non-refundable and non-transferable to other workshops or healing sessions.
10. TERMINATION OF STUDENT ENROLLMENT
Pathways deems enrollments null and void under the following circumstances if the student:

Misrepresented and misused the name, platform, programs, methods, services, and facilities of Pathways for any illegal, fraudulent, illicit, unfit, or unethical purpose.

Partook in the solicitation and scamming of other Pathways students and members of the community.
The student will be removed from the Pathways Programs and be permanently blacklisted from joining the community, enrolling in workshops and booking private sessions. Any amount paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable to other workshops or healing sessions.
HEALING CENTER (HC)
Please go to the Healing Center page for the complete list of our Private Healing Sessions. During the booking of the Private Healing Session, you will be able to see the available appointment slots.
1. ENERGY EXCHANGE

Pathways reserves the right to reschedule or to cancel any private healing session for valid reasons, uncontrolled circumstances, unforeseen events, technical problems, force majeure, and any other acts of God and shall in no circumstance be held liable for any unforeseen events that may cause delay. In case of any delays that may arise, Pathways will still honor its commitment and deliverables to its students.
6.1.1. Reschedule - By Pathways Healing Center Core Guide
Pathways will inform the student of the rescheduling of the private healing session 3 days prior to the schedule via email, including the proposal for the new schedule of the private session. The student will reply whether she agrees to the new schedule or not.
a. If the student agrees with the new schedule:
Pathways Core Guide will update the booking based on the agreed schedule with the student. The student will see the new schedule/date of the Private Healing Session updated real time in their Membership Account - My Bookings Section.
b. If the student does not agree with the new schedule:
Pathways will cancel the booking via Website, this will prompt the booking to
be removed from the Membership Account - My Bookings Section. Pathways will also issue a refund within 7 working days.
6.1.2. Cancellation - By Pathways Community and Healing Center
Pathways will inform the student of the canceled private session 3 days prior to the schedule via email.
Pathways will cancel the booking via Website, this will prompt the booking to
be removed from the Membership Account - My Bookings Section. Pathways will also issue a refund within 7 working days.

6.2. Cancel and Reschedule - By the Student
6.2.1. Cancellation - By the Student
We value your time, and we ask that you value our time as well and respect our policies thus cancellation is discouraged and energy exchange is non-refundable. If conflicts in schedule will arise, see 6.2.2 Reschedule- by the student.

6.2.2. Reschedule - By the Student
The student can reschedule 3 days prior to the private healing session via Website: Membership Account - My Bookings Section:
-Go to Website Membership Account - My Bookings Section and choose the Private Healing Session you wish to reschedule.
-When the student Clicks the Reschedule button, a Private Healing Session calendar will appear. The student can now choose the desired date and time, and click “reschedule”, click Confirm.
As she reschedules via Website through the Membership Account - My Bookings Section, the student will see the new schedule/date of the Private Healing Session updated real time.
Please refer to Technical Support for the detailed process on how to reschedule the booking for a private healing session.
The student cannot access the reschedule button if unable to reschedule 3 days prior to the Private Healing Session date. The student is encouraged to pursue the original booking or it will be considered as a non-attendance / “no-show”, thus energy exchange is non-refundable.
7. REFUND
The student may request a refund due to the following valid reasons:

Pathways-initiated cancellation or rescheduling of healing sessions

Technical Issues on Multiple Charged Transactions
She can submit her request via Refund Form. For approved requests, the refund will be issued within 7 working days.
8. NON-ATTENDANCE OR NO-SHOWS

ONLINE EVENTS
1. CLOSED FREE ONLINE EVENT (Via Zoom)
1.1 Registration
Register for the closed free online event via Pathways website- Events Page.
After registration, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing details of the event, the Zoom Link, and other reminders.
1.2. Cancellation
Once registered for the event, we ask that you show up on the actual event date for we only give limited slots.
If you are unable to attend after registration, inform us immediately via Email at AskUs.Pathways@gmail.com or message us on our socials (via IG and FB page chat) so we can give your slot to those who are willing and able to attend the event.
1.3. Recording of Video and Chat Transcripts
The Event videos and chat transcripts will be recorded for Pathways’ documentation and development process and may be made available for public use for replays (via Pathways’ website and social media platforms). For further details please refer to Privacy document
1.4. Attendee Removal From The Free Online Event

The attendee will be immediately removed during the Zoom/Online Event, due to the following actions:
-
Sending Promotions or Spamming through the Zoom chatbox.
-
Sharing irrelevant links that are not about healing and not related to the current event.
-
Networking and sending invites via Private Message with our attendees and students during and after our events.
-
Once reported, the attendee will not be able to join future events. The attendee will also be removed from Pathways Community and be permanently blacklisted from enrolling in workshops and booking private sessions.
2. CLOSED PAID ONLINE EVENT (Via Zoom)
2.1. Registration

2.2. Payment Process
After registration, you will be given further instructions on the payment process.
After payment, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing details of the event, the Zoom Link, and other reminders.
2.3. Cancel and Reschedule
Pathways reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any paid online event for valid reasons, uncontrolled circumstances, unforeseen events, technical problems, force majeure, and any other acts of God and shall in no circumstance be held liable for any unforeseen events that may cause delay. In case of any delays that may arise, Pathways will still honor its commitment and deliverables to its attendees.
Pathways will inform the attendees of the canceled paid online event prior to the schedule via email.
Pathways can issue a refund for the canceled schedule due to the valid reasons mentioned above – upon the attendee’s request, the refund will be issued within 7 working days.

2.4. Refund

Cancellation and Refund are only applicable if Pathways initiated the cancellation and decided not to reschedule the Paid Online Event.

2.5. Non-Attendance or NO-SHOWS

Non-attendance or “No-shows” is defined as an attendee who does not show up, the payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable to other paid online events, healing sessions, and workshops.
2.6. Recording of Video and Chat Transcripts

The Event videos and chat transcripts will be recorded for Pathways’ documentation and development process and may be made available for public use for replays (via Pathways’ website and social media platforms). For further details please refer to Privacy document
2.7. Attendee Removal From The Paid Online Event

The attendee will be immediately removed during the Zoom/Online Event, due to the following actions:

3. ONLINE LIVE STREAMING EVENT (Facebook Live Streaming, etc)
3.1. Recording of Video and Chat Transcripts
The Event videos and chat transcripts will be recorded for Pathways’ documentation and development process and may be made available for public use for replays (via Pathways’ website and social media platforms). For further details please refer to the Privacy document
3.2. Reporting Offensive Behaviors and Actions during Online Live Streaming Event
Attendees are encouraged to report if they experience any of the following via:

Comments Section of the streaming platform
-
cursing, posting vulgar words
-
hate speech or bullying,
-
degrading, or discrimination of any sort, and
-
sending promotions or spamming
-
sharing irrelevant links that are not about healing and not related to the current event

Private Messaging
-
Networking and sending invites via Private Message during and after our events
-
Once reported, the attendee with offensive behavior and action/s will be removed from Pathways Community and be permanently blacklisted from enrolling in workshops and booking private sessions.
The Website User/ Students have the obligation and duties under these Terms and Conditions, which will survive even with the termination of this website.
