The Forgotten Art of Self-Love "Awaken the love that transforms your life " In a world where external demands and distractions often take center stage, the true essence of self-love has become a lost art. This workshop invites you to rediscover that sacred practice by delving deep into the chaos within and understanding its roots. You'll learn how to hold space for yourself in moments of turmoil, establishing healthy boundaries rooted in self-respect. Through a guided process, you will embrace self-acceptance and compassion, reconnecting with the power of truly loving yourself. This journey is about reclaiming what has been forgotten and nurturing the inner landscape that defines your authentic self.
Cancellation Policy
School of Self Booking Policy 1. Cancellations – You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the session. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to inform the facilitators so you can receive a recording of the workshop instead of canceling. 2. No Refunds for No-Shows – Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. 3. No Rescheduling – Each workshop is offered only once a year, and rescheduling is not permitted. By booking a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
